This particular type was manufactured in 1963 to 1965 in Japan and is part of the Green Base Series. He is a beautiful Bird and will display very well. I have listed him as mint and except for the black face Oriole, he's probably the nicest condition bird that I've ever had. There are no cracks or flaws whatsoever. He is very unique as he has the embossed logo on his jersey, and not the decal, as the other Green bases that I've ever seen, have. The white base Oriole wears this type of shirt. Also I noticed that all the Orioles have the cut off sleeves except for this guy. He is wearing regular short sleeves? Can't say that I understand. Perhaps he's one made in transition from one bird to the next, don't know? But he's absolutely dazzling. So I'm not sure what's up here, but I'm listing him anyway.
