Eddie Murray HOF Sam's Limited Edition Bobblehead Nodder Figurine /3000 with COA

This listing is for the Eddie Murray bobblehead shown. I'm unsure if it is considered new since it was partially opened, but it doesn't appear to be fully opened (I didn't open the plastic, but someone else might have). The cardboard part of the package has lots of wear along the edges and corners. The box is extremely stained. I have no idea if it was from water or something else. The figurine and card do not appear to be affected by any defects to the packaging. It looks like only 3,000 of these were made, and this one is #2411. I couldn't find too many of these online and don't know if they're worth more or less than my asking price. Feel free to make a reasonable Best Offer.
