This Bobble Head has been locked away in a storage shed for over 20 years and has only come out of the box in order to take some photos. Frank is in MINT condition (pending any manufacturers defects due to hand painting) and comes in his original box with hard to find COA (Certificate of Authenticity). The box, COA and doll all look brand new as this item has NEVER been used or on display anywhere!

Not only is it incredibly difficult to find this bobblehead but it is close to impostible to find one with a matching the box, COA and doll all MINT and NIB (new in the box). Frank is in MINT condition (pending any manufacturers defects due to hand painting) and comes in an original box (excellent condition). The box, and doll all look brand new as this item has NEVER been used or on display anywhere! This is an incredibly RARE bobble that should have never made it to market due to contract disputes. All of these Franks were supposed to be destroyed and there are only a reportedly 20 to 30 that survived.

Not only is it incredibly difficult to find this bobblehead but it is close to impossible to find one that is brand new and never removed from the box (except to take these photos). This doll is labeled #657. We have pulled a massive Bobble collection out of the storage shed over the last 5 years!
